At Doha Scent, we aim to deliver authentic products in good condition and ensure that customers receive the products they ordered.
Eligible Issues
Please contact us if your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective
- Contains an incorrect product
- Is materially different from the product you ordered
Please inspect your order when you receive it. For an issue that can reasonably be identified upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
Email info@aurabella.qa and include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Phone number
- A short description of the issue
- Photographs or video where the product is damaged or incorrect
Please do not return a product before receiving return instructions from Doha Scent.
Refund or Replacement
After we review an eligible claim, an appropriate remedy may include replacement of the product, refund of the amount paid, or another remedy required under applicable Qatar consumer-protection law.
Cash on Delivery Refunds
For Cash on Delivery orders, Doha Scent will contact you regarding the appropriate refund method if a refund is approved.
Change of Mind
Perfumes that have been opened, used or had their original seal removed generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind.
This does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable Qatar consumer-protection law.
